1.5 million-square-foot of retail coming 2023

An exciting new addition to Fisherman’s Harbor will bring 1.5 million square feet of retail and restaurant space as well as hotels, parks, and other public event spaces to the Everett waterfront. Already confirmed is a third location for Rustic Cork Wine Bar. Construction begins in 2023 as part of a new two-story building that will overlook the central marina, acting as the centerpiece of the Waterfront Place project.

This new development will of course join the long list of incredible restaurants that are already open and ready to welcome you to Waterfront Place. Below are some of our favorites from happy hours to celebrating life’s important milestones.
