Ribbon-Cutting of First Waterfront Apartments in Everett

Last Wednesday on May 26th, SeaLevel Properties and Gracorp hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the opening of Waterfront Place Apartments at the Port of Everett. The Waterfront Place is located by West Marine View Drive between 13th and 10th street in Everett.

The new area by the waterfront will include apartments, parks, trails, a pedestrian bridge, retail/restaurant space, and hotels to spark a new stage of growth for the city and elevate residential living and community recreation in Everett, WA.

This is the first EVER apartment complex on the Port of Everett’s new 65-acre mixed-use development that is going to be expanded over the coming years to redefine the Everett waterfront. The Waterfront Place apartment development itself consists of two connected buildings encompassing 247,000+ square feet that will provide 266 individual units for new residents..

This new Waterfront Place Apartments complex is directly across from the waterfront and will be a luxury to live in. The floor plans range from a one-person studio to a three-bedroom home. The new buildings are four stories high and every level will make you feel at home while being close to the water. This community represents the best that Everett has to offer, from the incredible views and luxury apartment amenities to brand new recreational options and a world-class marina at your doorstep.

The ribbon-cutting event was held outside of the new development from 9:45 am to around 12 pm on Wednesday, May 26th 2021. The cutting was socially distanced, with mask use encouraged for all but not required for those already vaccinated. Appetizers and refreshments were served while the guests and speakers watched the official cutting of the ribbon and got to tour the beautiful project that is now open to guests.

Guests included the Port of Everett Commissioner, President Glen Bachman, the Port of Everett CEO, Lisa Lefeber, and SeaLevel and Gracorp leadership. They made brief speeches celebrating the new apartment building construction and the larger Port of Everett waterfront development project.

The SeaLevel and Garcorp companies have created a masterpiece that is only the start of the newly developed Everett we are going to love.
