FORGING THE PATH FORWARD AT WATERFRONT PLACE APARTMENTS

While all of us were saddened to learn of the fire that occurred in the South building of the Waterfront Place Apartments development last month, we are incredibly grateful that the impact on the North building (the first scheduled to begin move-ins) was minimal.

Our team is extremely thankful for the swift, multi-agency response and for the firefighters who directly and bravely battled the blaze, and so glad to hear that no one was seriously injured. Safety is and will always be our top priority with the rebuilding of the South building, and as well as resuming construction on the North building.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We expect to have more specifics and timeline information to share soon, for those of you anxiously awaiting your new waterfront home!
